Preparing to put our
strategy into action

Readiness Pulse Survey · Approximately 5 minutes

Over recent months, Burdekin's Executive team has been working behind the scenes to refine our strategic direction and the priorities that will guide us over the next three years.

As we prepare to share more of the strategy and turn these priorities into practical action, we're beginning to involve managers and others whose experience and expertise will help shape the work.

We'd like to hear your perspective on how Burdekin currently plans, coordinates and delivers new initiatives, what works well, and where additional support may be useful.

You don't need to be familiar with the new strategy to complete this survey. There are no right or wrong answers. We're interested in your observations and experiences, not assessing individual performance.
